When I paint I forget about the worries that have troubled me throughout the day.

When I have a pencil in my hand, I can begin to see more clearly; a new drawing gives me a new perspective.

When I paint on my own I have time to reflect and to re-energise for the days ahead.

When I paint with others around me, I feel a sense of calm and a love for humanity.

Whether decades have past without a paintbrush in your hand, or if it's something you do regularly, I want to offer an open time and space for everyone who has the desire to create something good.

If you are willing to take part, I ask only three things:

  1. Please give me at least 3 days notice if you are / not attending

  2. Bring either a canvas or food to share - all other materials I will supply

  3. There will be a collection every session for local charities, which would be greatly appreciated
